Elegant Catering sets the standard for catered events of great presentation in Colorado. Elegant Catering specializes in custom designing each menu to exceed your specific expectation of our special events. "Custom Lighted Buffets are our specialty", signature buffets, created by our own set-up designers. Our menus range from simplicity to very extravagant, anything from hors d'oeuvres to full sit-down meal. We specialize in chicken, seafood and many authentic multi cultural (ethnic) foods. Your selections can be presented for either a self-service buffet or a sit-down dinner. We use top quality ingredients, and offer a special line on free range meats and organics making almost everything from scratch and relying on foods natural beauty to be a great presentation for your guest. We strive for excellence by providing the highest quality in both foods and services. Our foods are beautifully arranged, and they taste as good as they look.
