Policies....

Planning Your Event
To ensure good quality & service, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 to 48 hours
notice for box lunches  & cold buffets, all other desired catering events require 72 hours or
more notice.  All additions to any order, which includes but is not limited to time change,
menu item, staffing needs, rentals, and guest count, must be made 72 hours prior to the day
of the event.
(NO Additions may be left on voice mail, email mail, answering machines nor fax machines
will be accepted.)

Guarantee
We require a guarantee final guest count to be specified by 12:00 (noon) three (3) business
days before the event. You will be billed based off of your final guarantee or actual
attendance (whichever is greater). In the case of a guarantee is not provided, your last
guest count estimate will become your guarantee. If attendance falls below the guaranteed
number you will be charged for the guaranteed number.
(Guarantee may NOT be decreased within 48 hours from the event or day of!)
(NO reductions may be left on voice mail, email mail, answering machines nor fax machines
will be accepted.)

Cancellations
Any and all reductions or CANCELLATIONS will only be accepted 48 hours prior to the day of
event.
(NO cancellations may be left on voice mail, email mail, answering machines nor fax
machines will be accepted.)

Delivery
There is a minimum of 8 people for box lunch orders and a minimum of 10 people for all
buffet orders (both hot & cold!)  For delivery service we require a minimum of $100.00 on
weekdays and $250.00 on weekends. A delivery fee of $18.00 for box lunches & $20 for
buffets will be added to your final bill.
(Please Note: an additional fee of $20.00 will be added for any pickups.)

Event Set-up
The setup of your event will be at the requested start-time indicated on your
proposal/contract. All set-up requests must be indicated & finalized 24-hours prior to event.
Set-up request made day of event could cause delays in your scheduled start time!

Delivery of food is scheduled to arrive within 15 minutes of your event.  That is your food
may arrive 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after the scheduled serve-time requested by
you.

End Time:
Your event is scheduled to end at the indicated end time on your proposal. If your event runs
over the scheduled end time you will be billed labor $20 per hour for each service attendant,
including delivery & pickups.
(You will be billed for a full hour in the case of your time overrun!)



Service Staff Attendants
Service Staff Attendants needs are dependant on the size and details of your events, of
which will be determined by your Event Planner. All events with china require service staff!
You may request additional staff as desired. Event Captains are strongly recommended in
order to help make sure that your event runs smoothly.    

Bartender Service Attendants
One main bartender will be provided per bar along with one or more bar-back, depending on
the size of the event. Bar service can be provided at an additional fee. Bar Service includes
ice, lemons, limes, cups, containers, etc.
All bar beverages must in compliance with Colorado State Law. (See your E.C. Rep for
details!)

Menus
We prepare our meal with fresh ingredients at market price, therefore all menus and menu
prices are subject to change. In addition menu items may be subjected to substitution
without notice due to availability. Due to our business insurance liability, clients may NOT
bring any outside foods into a catered event that is not prepared by us!

Food Servings & Overage
Your food is prepared according to your guaranteed guest count. We do NOT guarantee any
additional food servings outside of your guarantee number; neither do we guarantee food
control.  Please be advised that your guest will eat as much or as little food as they desire,
therefore unless it is a sit-down event, we cannot guarantee that your all of guest will be
served. In order to help accommodate all of your guest, we recommend service staff to
serve food while also increasing your guaranteed numbers to allow room for seconds and
possible overage.   
(It is your responsibility to make sure that you order enough food for your guest!)

We often try to prepare 5% over your guaranteed guest count, however you will be charged
additional if you use this overage.  If you inform your event planner when in the planning
stages and your numbers for the guest count is equal to or significantly less than the
guarantee, we will be happy to arrange for pick-up the remaining leftovers at our Kitchen.
(Disposable food containers are additional and must be requested prior to your event!)

Rentals
We have select number of linens & centerpieces available for you to rent, upon request.  For
all other rental needs, we would be happy to assist you! Please talk to an Event Planner for
further details.

Billing &Payments
We require a 50% deposit in order to book your event, of which the remaining balance is due
7 days prior to your event, unless other arrangements has been made.  We reserve the
right to cancel your event without notice and keep all or most of payments made towards
your event, if full payment is not received 7 days prior to event.  Events that require
processing of a PO will not be booked or confirmed without an assign PO NUMBER. (Any
arrangements of payment, which includes credit cards, checks, and PO’s, are solely your
responsibility!)

Balances are due within 30 days of your event; any overdue balance may be subject to a
late fee. All questions concerning your final bill must be addressed within 3 business days.

Taxes & Charges
All catered event are subject to Colorado Sales Tax & 18% Equipment Handling Service
Charge. The Service Charge is to cover the added overhead costs involved in serving a
catered event at a site remote from our central Kitchen. Good examples of these costs are
van maintenance & insurance, food transportation equipment and supplies, please see the
detailed description listed below.

Service Charge Fee: Food handling, Buffet Set-up -Chafer, platters, serving equipment, sterno, heating/
Chilling elements, needed for proper food temperatures held through-out events & more. Service Room
set-up Room set-up and break down (Linens, centerpieces, table-ware, bars etc. (which some venues
requires moving tables, chairs, furniture etc.
The clean-up servicing has to be detailed in all the area of the event Buffets Stations and back house or
Beverage area or kitchens available for your use to have your event at. (Also possible trash’s to be taken-
out or removed.)
The venue actually has a detailed list for all caterers to detail. Drop-offs with none of the above will not be
charged a Service Charge fee just delivery and or Pickup fee.

Comments/Concerns/Complaints
In the event of any concerns, comments, or complaints about your event, we ask that you
notify your event captain or key personal the day of or during the event.  Any issues, other
than those of a nature that could not have been foreseen at the time of the event, will not be
addressed less notified before or during your event. In addition, we ask that all comment,
concerns, and/or complaints be written & submitted to our office within 48 hours.
